Join artist Rebecca Griffiths in an engaging hands-on workshop titled "Introduction to Clay: Working with Confidence and Creativity" at the Bow Arts Trust in London. Led by ceramic artist and educator Rebecca Griffiths, participants will explore the themes of touch and memory through the versatile medium of clay.

Rebecca will also guide participants in using various clay tools to develop surface details through carving, cutting, impressing, and modeling. This workshop is suitable for teachers working with air-drying clay and readily-available tools, as well as those with kilns and more advanced clay equipment in their schools. It is part of Bow Arts Trust's practical art Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops for teachers, which focus on providing immediately applicable skills in the classroom while promoting sustainable approaches to working with art materials.

This transit trip in London was hastily arranged, and I only booked tickets for West End musicals 10 days in advance and fell into a trap. Let me share my blood and tears.
The first half-pitfall blood and tears in June: I booked tickets for the Phantom of the Opera in June 2023 two months in advance, and I was lucky enough to book the last two rows of seats on the first floor Royal circle. When I arrived at the scene, I found that there were two pillars in front, and some scenes required constant left and right angles to watch the show. If I was willing to cooperate, the overall viewing of the show was not affected.
The latest blood and tears in November: I booked tickets for Les Miserables 10 days in advance, and there were no tickets left on the first and second floors. The only seat I booked, Grand Circle B4, showed Restricted Side View. When I arrived at the scene, it was weird. I couldn&#39;t see the lead singer&#39;s face for more than 80% of the time. In the end, I was so tired that I just listened to the music and was too lazy to bend down to find the angle.
The cast, choreography, and music of Les Miserables were all perfect, but I chose a bad seat, which was really tragic.
If you can&#39;t choose a good seat, don&#39;t force yourself to book a ticket. It&#39;s better to rush ticket on the day than to go there like I did.
