The festivities will kick off with a conversation led by Shamell Bell, where she will discuss the 28-Day Global Dance Meditation for Black Liberation and the community-led improvisational methods of "co-choreographic praxis." Following the conversation, there will be a reception with food and drink, providing an opportunity for attendees to mingle and connect.

The highlight of the evening will be the freestyle collaboration led by Ahmad DuBose-Dawson. This three-hour session will bring together community partners, including Yoda Jones and a live band with USC Thornton students, for an unforgettable display of raw talent and creativity. Additionally, USC Roski students will showcase their live art and painting skills, adding an extra layer of visual stimulation to the event.
