The Female Fitness Challenge participants will be taking part in the physical agility test required by California P.O.S.T for all California peace officer candidates. This test is a crucial component of the challenge, and each obstacle is scored based on the time it takes to complete it. In honor of our fallen officers Natalie Corona and Tara O'Sullivan, there will also be a sled push. We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, who have provided prizes for the top scorers on the physical agility test. The test itself comprises several challenging obstacles, including a solid fence climb, a chain link fence climb, an obstacle course/agility run, a body drag, and a 500-yard run. It's important to note that participation in the challenge is limited to the first 75 registrants, so be sure to secure your spot early. The Female Fitness Challenge is a serious event that aims to showcase the physical abilities and strength of our participants. We are excited to host this event and look forward to welcoming everyone to McClellan Park on September 30, 2023, for a day of fitness and camaraderie.
