Learn about the concept of flow and create an artwork showcasing one of the flow environments at Swansea University. Swansea University is seeking participants for a research project that explores how physical environments can support wellbeing through flow experiences. This project is open to all Swansea University students aged 18 and above. The research involves a workshop, lasting approximately 2 hours, where participants will be introduced to the concept of flow and guided in creating an artwork representing their flow environment. A short questionnaire will also be provided to gather feedback on the workshop experience. The workshop will take place in The Mall Room at the Taliesin building on Singleton Park Campus. Participants will receive refreshments and art materials. As a token of appreciation, upon completion, participants will be given a £25 Amazon gift card. Interested students can sign up for one of the two workshops available.
