Too Marvelous for Words - a Johnny Mercer Tribute will be the ninth American Songwriter Tribute Concert by American Songbook Today, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, founded over 25 years ago in NYC by Michael Estwanik. Now located in lovely Ojai, CA, American Songbook Today is still led by Estwanik and run by a board of directors. Previous concerts have honored Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers & Lorenz Hart, George and Ira Gershwin, John Kander & Fred Ebb, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, and a special evening of Songs for Peace.
