- Your personal social media platform (eg. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok):
Promote the campaign and your free hotel stay experience. Your post must include the campaign link,
#TripcomFreeHotelStay,#TripMoments hashtag, and tag Trip.com official social media account
(@trip) and tag the hotel’s social media account.
- Winners of the free hotel stay will be announced on the Trip.com official Trip Moments account before 15/04/2024 23:59:59 (GMT+8), and Trip.com will contact the winners through the official email (content@trip.com) confirming detailed information and steps.
- Winners are requested to complete the hotel check-in reservation and experience according to the specified procedures before 15/05/2024 23:59:59(GMT+8), or else it will be regarded as voluntarily waiving the eligibility for the experience of free hotel stay.
- Trip.com reserves the right to request identification and other relevant documents from the winners. If the winner fails to provide the aforementioned documents as required by Trip.com, it will be deemed that the winner has given up receiving the prize.
It is strictly forbidden to post malicious, harmful, illegal, infringing or other fraudulent content, and no advertisements shall be posted. If malicious, harmful or other illegal content is found by cooperative manufacturers, government agencies, judicial agencies, etc., the user shall be responsible for any comments written by him/her and compensate the organizer and the website for losses. Once the above situation occurs, according to the terms of this activity, the user will automatically lose the rewards that have been issued or received. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, Trip.com will immediately delete malicious, harmful, illegal, infringing or other fraudulent content, cancel the selection and award qualifications of posting users, and reserve the right to withdraw rewards issued to posting users.
1. This activity is only applicable to Trip.com App, and participating users must be registered users of Trip.com;
2. The same account can only participate in similar activities on one site, and it is strictly forbidden to publish the same content on multiple sites, otherwise the award qualifications on all sites will be cancelled;
3. The same account can only get one chance to experience hotel stay for free at one site during the activity period;
4. Participants cannot publish the same/similar works, and cannot delete old works and repost them to participate in the event, otherwise they will be disqualified;
5. Winners promise to post free hotel stay review in accordance with the "Requirements for the winner free hotel stay review". If the winner fails to post free hotel stay review as required, or deletes the relevant hotel stay content within one year, Trip.com will have the right to require the winner to pay for the hotel experience check-in fee, and the winner will not be able to participate in any activities held by Trip moments and obtain activities award;
6. The posts uploaded in the activity must be the original works of the user, and no plagiarism, patchwork, or part of the work of others is allowed. Once discovered, Trip.com will directly disqualify the user from winning the award, and the user should bear all losses suffered by Trip.com due to the user's infringement;
7. During the event, any user who participates in this event with improper means (such as cheating, malicious fraud, reputation swiping, swiping likes, false transactions, disrupting the system, implementing network attacks, using infringing works, etc.), Trip.com has the right to terminate him/her participation in the event and disqualify him/her from winning (if the prize has been awarded, Trip.com has the right to confiscate it). If any loss is caused to Trip.com, Trip.com will reserve the right to continue to recover the loss;
8. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel its participation in any form of illegal operations and suspicious user accounts;
9. During the event, the same ID, the same device, and the same mobile phone number are regarded as the same user, and the account that the user participated in the event for the first time is the valid account, and the participation results of other accounts are considered invalid;
10. Trip.com reserves the sole discretion to determine whether the content published by the user meets the standards of this activity, including but not limited to determining whether it meets the standards of valid content;
11. Trip.com reserves the right to delete any content that does not meet the standards of this activity, including but not limited to pictures that infringe on the rights of others, text or pictures containing pornographic violence, and commercial promotion information;
12. Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity, and has the right to revise, change, supplement, suspend or terminate this activity at any time. If there is any change, Trip.com will announce to users in advance on the official website;
13. Trip.com employees, staff related to this event and their stakeholders are not allowed to participate in this event;
14. In order to contact the winners and distribute the prizes, Trip.com may collect personal data necessary for the winners. 15. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any liability of Trip.com to participating users in this campaign shall be limited to the value of the prize;
