The location is very good and the overall layout is also very beautiful. The swimming pool is not big, but it is very impressive. The problem is that the bathroom in the room assigned is a bit old, the bathtub stopper is broken, and the shower room is relatively small.

Graceland resort is a beautiful resort and located in a good area close to Patong beach and shopping streets. This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort. To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have. My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week. For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always. Thank you Team☺️

Patong Beach
I am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

Karon Beach
Very nice and big hotel. We were there for 3 nights and we had a very happy stay. We joined the fire show at the first night, that was amazing and there were 2 shows per week, one is on Friday, ie the day we joined. The room is very nice and we booked a seaview room and we enjoyed the view very much. We took breakfast here, the food is ok but could be improved. The menu were not change too much during our stay. We also took a BBQ dinner at Sails. The food qualify was ok but could be improved. Prices is reasonable. Hope to stay in here again and sure recommended friends to come

Surin Beach
This resort is incredible, the pool and outside area is gorgeous, such lovely views to look at and be in. We happened to visit as they were entering low/monsoon season so it rained a fair bit. The roofing over the seating area in the garden could do with being replaced as it leaked quite a lot which meant we couldn't sit out there as it was wet almost all of the time. The hotel was quiet, arcade room shut too however Charlotte and Jamie helped resolve this by sorting excursions, electric scooters, water hand held jet ski's and just their general selves being so friendly and chatty with us. My autistic child formed a really good bond with Charlotte, she was great with him giving him plenty of attention and time, he constantly seeked her out and asked after her. Nothing was too much hassle from helping us with locations near by to visit, helping us with transport and even offering us her mozzie cream when we were eaten alive (do by deet spray and use it 😂). We were a little disappointed that the shake shack doesn't offer milkshakes , bubble tea as stated, just ice cream. The food is expensive in the bar and grill, two smoothies and two kids meals cist me near to £20 but there are loads of places to eat nearby and half this cost for more.
Andaman White Beach Resort

Nai Ton Beach
It may be in need of renovation here and there, and some of its facilities may not be operational, but it’s very cozy, clean and beautiful with amazing beach and an epic cat that hangs around the reception and seems to be helping everyone with all its might. The rooms are very spacious, even bathrooms. The breakfast is simple, but you have everything you need: fried eggs, omelette, sausages, bacon, rice, noodles, fruits and juices. The restaurant itself overlooks the pool and the sea, which is breathtaking most of the time. Lunch in the hotel is rather good, but overpriced as expected, so most of the time you will eat on Nai Thon Beach which is only 15 minutes away by feet. There are at least 2-3 decent restaurants there - I’d personally recommend “95 Restaurant”. The pool here is not very deep, but quite lengthy, although I doubt you will spend much time in it with the seaside right next to it. This is by far the biggest advantage of the hotel - the private beach with cliffs on both ends. Compared to most Thai hotels it’s a very rare thing. It’s huge, clean, with lots of free space to move your beach beds anyway you want and with beautiful crystal clear sea. It’s not very still, but waves add lots of fun to it. Wi-Fi is strange and very frustrating: it was mostly absent in our room, appearing for mere seconds just to be gone the moment you try to use it, but very stable by the pool and even by the sea. I suppose it should be the other way round, oh well. There’s a mandatory deposit on check-in of 200 USD or 13000THB, which is a lot and quite an inconvenience, if cash is the only thing you have on you. I wish I knew about that beforehand, so I could take extra. The staff is very nice and attentive, always smiling and trying to help. I would definitely love to come back here.
Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort and Spa

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. I want to leave a real review and warn visitors. The hotel itself is quite clean, there are fish swimming on the ground floor, you can feed them, the staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Positive aspects: the room is clean, there are no ants like in another hotel, good sound insulation (we didn’t hear the neighbors), you can see Big Buda on the hill, there is a shuttle to the beach and back every hour, breakfast doesn’t change much from day to day, but it’s varied you can (order different types of cooked eggs, for example), there is also a children’s room that helps couples eat, while entertaining the child. The playroom is good, the child has something to occupy himself with (although I would change the set of books, they are very strange), I did not see any animation there. In the evenings there is a cartoon show and free 🍿. A large wet area for children with a sandbox, toys, a small pool and a larger one. The hotel is located between two beaches. Kata Beach is pleasant, although it is difficult to find shade without buying sun loungers. Karon Beach is completely different, I recommend going there in the afternoon to watch the sunset. There are a lot of things around, including restaurants and shops, massages. Negative points: they clean every day, but every time I asked for a towel for the child, the floor was not washed perfectly, stains are visible. At breakfast there is no oatmeal for children, a children’s corner made of plastic cutlery and cookies. The hardest thing is the ROAD from the hotel to anywhere, a very rare climb, it doesn’t take long to walk, but it’s very difficult, especially with children. Be prepared to pump up your buttocks; once again you won’t go anywhere. Very strong chlorination of the water in the children’s pool, after a long stay our son vomited all night from this water, we never went there again. The hotel should also establish rules for the use of the children’s area by small children! Parents should use special diapers for toddlers. Watching a baby walk with dirty swimming trunks (from which **** comes out) into the sandbox and pool is very unpleasant to take your child there afterwards! The covering of the children's area requires repair, and there is also a sewer smell. When we came to the children's pool, there were few sunbeds, or the sunbeds were dirty, the food and dishes were not put away, it was not pleasant to sit there. The adult area is better. The food at the hotel is also average, I didn’t want to eat extra unless I was too lazy to go down from the hotel to the restaurant. There is no children’s menu for kids, although the hotel is family-friendly (nuggets, burgers, fries are not for a child’s stomach). The hotel has some work to do. I would not return to this hotel for that kind of money…

Bang Tao Beach
Came here after a week in Khao Lak & the vibe is a complete contrast. It’s busy, fast, loud but in a good way. The hotel is beautiful & so inviting with its topical pools & the stunning stretch of beach in the background. Bang Tao is a small place but with lots of eateries along the beach & a £12 taxi ride to Bangla Road, Pha Tong with its busy streets & mass markets. A must see for the real Thai deal!! We booked trips with the help of our rep but there are a few kiosks around. Massage and laundry line the beach with fab, cheap cocktail bars. The staff here are wonderful & go above and beyond. We had an issue with our room when we arrived which was quickly resolved & a basket of fruit put into our room- unnecessary but a kind touch. Our 7 YO loved all the fun pools & the few activities in the morning & the western food served on the beaches (while we loaded up on Thai treats)

The room was taken for 16 days. What was left satisfied: + Space room + Bath and shower + Daily cleaning + Food (Breakfast). The choice is small but I could always find something for myself. There were always sausages, sausages, rice, chicken, vegetables fresh and cooked, eggs, soup, tea, coffee, chips. What didn't like: - Noisy. But here as if not a minus, it is necessary to understand that the hotel is on the busy street, where music and people scream until 3 nights) - Bad towels. Owners would not prevent them from being replaced..Painty and twisted - The washing of mirrors and glass in the bathroom. It was necessary to wash the very... well very glared - The management of lighting too very very strange I do not recommend: - Who has a sensitive sleep and a desire to sleep on rest - With children In the hotel live in most of India's citizens

The staff at the reception are very friendly and treat you warmly during the check in and check out process. The room is very clean, spacious and smells good. housekeeping staff is also very nice and helpful. only this hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes. maybe upon request. This hotel is also very convenient and close to the shopping mall, Bangla Road and other shops. Will come again to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay. This hotel is the best
