Great experience. Made my way to the hotel exhausted after a day of hiking and was attended to by Ms Huang Xinhua who immediately got me a much needed cup of warm tea on the house. Cannot say better things about her service- it was really top notch. She had recommendations for sunset, sunrise, as well as for the next leg of my journey the coming morning. Not to mention she was exceedingly attentive and also arranged for complimentary drinks and gave some local food souvenirs for me to take home! The rooms themselves were slightly dated- understandable given their location up in the mountains- but otherwise clean, comfortable and well equipped. I think this hotel extremely well placed- only a short distance between Guangmingding, Turtle Peak and the West Sea monorail. All in all, the price for this hotel was premium, but I would say that the location and service delivered. 位置很方便，房间舒适， 特别感谢黄星华管理十分贴心的服务。希望下次能再来。

The hotel is probably the best in Huangshan Mountains. Perfectly located at the intersection of multiple trails, it is ideal to stay overnight. The hotel is new and decorated with taste, it's clean and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need especially if you travel there to hike and on a light backpack, from toiletries to warm jackets to get out at night. Also, it's small compared to the other hotels and feels much more human size and welcoming. The cafeteria / chill area are ok but could use a couple of comfortable chairs/sofas. You can find Costa Coffee downstairs and beer.

Wasn't expecting much of this mountain top hotel but was pleasantly surprised. The room we had was light and airy and of reasonable size. Toiletries, toothbrush, comb, were all provided. Shower was great, with lots of hot water. The toilet room in our room had a rather musty drain smell, something we found pretty common across our stay in China. There was some slight smoke smell in the hallway but fortunately none in the room, which was something I had been concerned about. Reception and house keeping staff including house keeper Xiao Jiang were all kind, friendly and attentive and more than willing to use translation apps to help communicate with us non-Chinese speakers. Location was excellent. We were provided with suggested routes for walking the mountain given the time we had, and given regular weather updates via WeChat. Warm coats and are a flashlight are provided in the room if you need them. Although we didn't utilize them, the hotel arranges free sunrise and sunset walking tours from the lobby led by one of their staff. Breakfast (included) was all buffet based and dinner (paid extra) we had the buffet option. Being buffets allowed for huge portions, which can be useful after long tiring days on the mountain, many people with multiple heaped plates on their tables. Quality was only decent rather than excellent, and dinner was relatively expensive, but as I had relatively muted expectations I was really quite happy with it. Be aware the breakfast and dinner serving times are quite limited and be sure to get there on the earlier end. Dinner time was 18:30-20:30 at by 19:45 things were already starting to stop being restocked or put away. Overall very happy with out stay. It was a great base to allow us to have an extended exploration of the mountain as opposed to having a rushed day trip.

My husband keith and I reaaly enjoyed our stay at Vienna I H south gate. The staff were very helpful with information about places to visit. We also appreciate their information with buying tickets, arranging local travel and local foods. I would be happy to recommend the Vienna as the place to stay in Tangkou. Hong Griffiths.

The front desk service of the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean, the facilities are advanced, and there are smart devices. Especially the hotel’s travel housekeeper, Miss Xie, is very professional. We designed a travel route based on our specific situation and found us an equally excellent tour guide in Xiaojiao. It was very convenient to sign up for a group tour at the hotel for the first time, saving a lot of trouble. What is worth praising is that the location of the hotel is really good. It is very convenient. You can just walk across from the transfer station in the scenic area. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. Parking is free when you stay in the hotel. Overall, it is very good and a very good stay experience.

The historical hotel is located right next to the “Welcome Pine” and has the best view on top of the hill. I am very impressed with the excellent service from host Xu Haizhong 徐海忠 who guided me of the hotel amenities, local weather, trail map, where to see the best sunset and sunrise. His courteous service and friendly in-time messages were a delight during my stay. Breakfast buffet has a lot of fresh vegetables that is a must for travel meals! Highly recommended!

What Tom does as a host in this wonderful, good price is far above anything we have ever experienced in a hotel. Tom speaks fluent English and is totally attuned to everyone's needs. I don't know how to thank him for everything he has done for us. my friend was traveling alone in the mountains and totally overestimated himself, which resulted in him missing the last cable car down. Tom arranged everything for us so that my friend came down from the mountain and was taken to the hotel. We didn't even know what we would have done without his help. the rooms are beautiful and the food was a great change from the local food we've had for the last three weeks. Today Tom was so kind and drove us to the bus station and explained to us exactly how we would get our tickets. As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

Fantastic little little hotel with great service If you are looking for a genuine historical and unique hotel experience with super service — then this is the place for you. If you like hyper modern and fancy hotels with glass and concrete, stay away. Yujian No8 has a great location I’m Tunxi (Huangshan old city). Location is rated good because of it depends where you are going. If you want to visit the old city this is perfect. It is a little difficult to find the hotel if you are on your own, but we were met by hotel staff who helped with suitcases and directions. You can not drive in Tunxi old city so there are a few hundred meters to walk. There is a direct bus line from Huangshanbei railway station or you can easily use taxi. The location is very quiet and it feels like you are experiencing a jump in time. The staff is great. They do speak little English, but it’s easy to use translator apps on your phone/ if you have WeChat they also have their own account where it’s easy to communicate. The staff provided very useful information about the area and were very helpful, nice, friendly and professional. The hotel has spacious rooms and lovely public area. This is a very unique traditional hotel, with classic decor and design. The room was very clean with nice amenities. Even if the hotel is displaying historical design, it has modern and nice stuff in the rooms. Our room has bathtub and shower and also a small lounge. Very enjoyable. The overall experience with a super location for exploring the old city made this one of our most memorable stays. We can highly recommend Yujian No 8!

It was a very satisfying stay. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. Especially Yang Xiaolu at the front desk had a good service attitude. They also upgraded me to an executive suite for free and gave me free fruit. The room is large, clean and tidy. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, with a shower and a bathtub. The breakfast in the revolving restaurant combines Chinese and Western dishes, with delicious food and delicious food. Below is Xiaoyaojin Park, with pleasant scenery! It is just across the bridge from Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, the former residence of Li Hongzhang, and a few minutes' walk from Xiaoyaojin Park. A very satisfying stay! The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

The hotel is in a good location, in a new district, with an elegant environment and many supermarkets and restaurants on Lohas Street. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich with many varieties, and it is a very happy stay experience.

I visited from Xi'an with a friend. We arrived at midnight. Great service at the front desk - in English, thank you. The rooms were great. The lady who cleaned my room on the 20th floor was super nice. The buffet for breakfast was delicious. The woman in charge of the dining room, whom I had met before, was as kind as usual. This is MY hotel in Hefei Thank you A

The ceiling near Xinqiao Airport is not far from the airport and it is quiet, the hotel is very new

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei. Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms. Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!! Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent. Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution. Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

The hotel is located in the Economic Development Zone, not the city center. There is no noise from the busy traffic. The living environment is still very good. Most of the guests staying in the hotel are on business trips to the surrounding areas and the quality is quite good. Although it has been open for many years, the hotel is generally maintained. It's quite good. The lobby is very spacious and very magnificent, giving people a sense of class. The receptionist Jean is warm and polite, and the check-in is efficient without waiting for a long time. The room is spacious and bright with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room has a good view and is clean and hygienic. , basic equipment is complete; breakfast is buffet style, starting at 6:30, with a complete range of varieties to meet nutritional needs, making it the first choice for business trips. Don’t pick any facilities and environment at this price. There are some. The room is what this price should look like. It’s dim and old. It’s a musty smell when you enter the door. I dare to sleep in clothes at night, but the few days I lived were quieter and slept well. The motorcycle traveler passed by and saved money for one night. It's a short guy, and the general is pulled out.

Sent a breakfast. Small problems in facilities should be strengthened. The smell of the disinfectant is always the same, and the smell should be dispersed in advance. The bed was clean.
