The accommodations are excellent, the bedroom is spacious, has a good refrigeration and the beds are comfortable. The food is delicious (as well as the dessert) and the staff is kind and ready to help you. You can even order specific foods for your babies. The swimming pool extends through the whole length of the hotel, which is awesome, and there is a funny team that play with the kids.

We spent holidays in family with great comfort and fun. The view of our room was hypnotic, the immense sea and the noise of the waves. The hotel is not near the Black Point bathroom, but as we were in the car, everything was quiet.

The hotel is a good place for travel to anywhere. They could get a little more in cleaning and small repairs due to the day-to-day use, but generally it is good, the care is good, with careful staff requesting and fast. Room with a good size bathroom for a couple, not having to be bigger. The La Belle Beach Hotel is unfortunately separated from the beach/sea by a very well-travelled street. The sea section is not suitable for bathing. The room size is ok, the furniture, at least in room 305 a No No go, the mattress was unfortunately not the best, so the end of the bed, also the windows fall half off and can not be reasonably closed. WiFi was no longer available in the small outdoor area, only in the main building. Breakfast was ok for Brazilian conditions. But what has disturbed us very much, what we noticed just a little later, someone searched our things we left at the hotel pool during our 30 minutes walk, and 40 reals/real (2x20), which we dumbly left in a bag has gone away! It's not about the amount, but that someone strange in the hotel's pockets. We would definitely no longer stay there, there are cheaper, better located, better equipped hotels in Natal in beach location.

The ceiling also leaked whenever the people above took a shower. The building/rooms are just old and not 5 star at all, but the rest of the hotel is really good, so it's not really an issue. The price is about right. Overall I liked the hotel other than the room. If you want a place to chill out for a few days by the pool and eat good food, and you're not picky on hotel rooms, this is a good place.

The staff was perfect. I was well received in the city, the Hotel has some amazing points of view of the city in case you're looking for a good place to take a shoot of the landscape. The hotel was well cleaned and the staff was always ready to be at service. If you're going to Natal/RN, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel!! Full of plants, it is like a park, a beautiful natural reserve! Charm! Ideal to come to rest. It has 4 tickets. A main beautiful with one for children next to you. Then two more distributed in the park. The room is huge. The very large and very practical room. The cleaning of the room could be deeper since there is sand all the time everywhere. No matter how long you try to get it out ...sta x everywhere! Jajajjaa but it makes magic too. The hotel restaurant is open up to 21.30 and really is very good option. It eats very well and at good price. Breakfast has a wide variety of indigenous cakes that change day by day, a very good coffee machine, several options of bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese ... I would add Pao of cheese I love! I will miss this hotel, your people, your employees are all super correct, super friendly, we are very grateful.

O Hotel é um cenário mas as pessoas são a grande essência deste Hotel! Eu a minha Mulher e a minha filha de 3 anos, estivemos 8 dias hospedados no Hotel Ponta do Madeiro! O hotel é lindo, parece um cenário com uma vista para o mar incrível desde a zona de refeições até ao caminho para os quartos. É terapêutico. O Hotel está todo muito cuidado e a praia é do melhor que há. O pequeno almoço é ótimo e o restaurante do hotel é de um nivel muito muito bom. Os menus do bar da piscina e da praia são muito bons também. O que mais gostámos no Hotel para além da sua beleza e vistas mar em quase toda a parte do Hotel foram as pessoas! Da receção ao bar da Praia, aos motoristas, cozinheiros (as) jardineiros, o staff deste Hotel é um verdadeiro exemplo. Gostaríamos de deixar um abraço ao Romildo, ao Alex, ao Roberto, ao Patricio, ao João, ao Clayton, ao Rodrigo, ao Vetro (penso que se escreve assim) ao Baby, ao Fabricio e a todos os elementos que fazem parte desta equipa que foram incríveis connosco num momento de doença da nossa filha e que nos ajudaram-nos muito, sempre com toda a preocupação . I went to Tibau Lagoa with my husband and friends, we were hired in two rooms. You are asking for mosquito eggs, fresh fruits and fresh fruits at the time, and you have several juices from the region. The noise of nature is renovating! We stayed at this beautiful place during crazy Covid times for 8 nights November 2020. One of the best places we ever stayed at and we travel the world a lot. Starting with a great staff and genuine hospitality and kindness from EVERY member of the pousada. From the guy cleaning the pool to upper management - just GREAT people. We felt like we made friends.Beautiful grounds of lush jungle, meticulously maintained, two wonderful pools( go for the second - more private one), wild life - we fead monkeys, listened to very loud frogs, they even have a crocodile somewhere on property, but he hides, so we couldn't spot him. Delicious breakfast served daily- wonderful fruits and different juices every day, pastries and amazing outdoor wood stoves where they cook your omlets and toast to order. Dinner is not to be missed. In 8 nights, we ate at the property for 4. Fish in a banana leaf is the best dish. Hotel is located right in the heart of main street in Pipa but yet quite and secluded. Luxury bungalow is a must! It is your own house with private terrace wrap around and private walk way. Speacial thanks to general manager Rafa for making our vacation a special one!

*Falhas na infraestrutura básica* - Na vila que fiquei a cama estava faltando um pé de apoio - ⁠Um dos abajures estava queimado - ⁠Recebi uma toalha manchada - ⁠Chuveiro elétrico deu choque algumas vezes - ⁠Algumas teias de aranha (pequenas, mas mostram o abandono da estrutura), vi em uma luminária e na parte superior da porta de um dos quarto - ⁠Box do banheiro não fechava completamente e tudo ficava molhado após o banho - ⁠Cerca elétrica estava inteira quebrada, o que deixa o quintal das vilas exposto, visto que o muro não é alto *Coisas que não atrapalharam a estadia, mas pode melhorar* - Pouca diversidade do cardápio de café da manhã (senti falta de cuscuz, pão de queijo, salsicha no molho, macaxeira, charque) - ⁠Fechaduras das portas difíceis de usar, todas eram muito difíceis de abrir e fechar e ficamos com medo de acabar quebrando algo - ⁠Poucas tomadas pela vila, só tinham duas livres no quarto principal depois de conectar o frigobar (que estava enferrujado em cima, mas entendo que é um ambiente de praia) e a televisão - ⁠Entrada para os carros, é bem estreita - ⁠Lixeiro do banheiro era muito fraco e tava quebrado *As panelas não atrapalharam porque não utilizamos, mas se são oferecidas panelas e instrumentos pra cozinhar, espera-se que eles estejam minimamente bons, e uma das panelas estava bem velha, com o fundo antiaderente todo arrancado *Uma opinião que entra na subjetividade é sobre os travesseiros, achei completamente murchos *Elogios* - Relativamente bem localizado - ⁠Café da manhã é pontual e chega tudo fresquinho - ⁠Funcionários foram solícitos e simpáticos durante toda estadia - ⁠O chalé e a piscina foram mantidos limpos pela equipe todos os dias **Um pequeno contratempo que tivemos foi na forma de pagamento, fiz a reserva diretamente no site, coloquei cartão como forma de pagamento e dividi em 4x - mas nesse tempo todo não conferi se havia entrada na fatura, e falhei nisso - mas pensei que já estava pagando. Somente chegando aqui soube que essa forma de pagamento escolhida no site serve somente como garantia, mas que o pagamento só é feito no check-in. Achei estranho porque já fiquei hospedado em outro hotel da rede e o pagamento podia ser feito anterior ao check-in

Conheci o Hotel da Pipa em 2003 e tive a oportunidade de visita-lo agora no final de setembro/23, após 20 anos posso dizer que o hotel melhorou 100%, todos os quartos passaram por reformas não só estruturais mas também na decoração que hoje está um charme! Os jardins do hoteis são lindíssimos e muito bem cuidados pelo Sr Assis que é uma simpatia em pessoa! O restaurante é um espetáculo, fazer as refeições com aquela vista incrível, não tem preço! Café da manhã delicioso com itens frescos e variados a cada dia, podem ficar uma semana inteira que não vão enjoar! Os funcionários parecem ser uma grande família, sempre com um sorriso no rosto, prontos para te atender com simpatia e eficiência: Branca, Manoel, Jarlene, Claudia, os meninas da recepção, Jeane que é uma graça e todos os outros que não me lembro os nomes, PARABÉNS! E não poderia deixar de citar é claro, a gerente do hotel, Josy, ela conduz tudo com maestria, elegância e perfeição, e acho que esses são os melhores adjetivos também para o Hotel da Pipa, ELEGANCIA E PERFEIÇÃO!
