Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. We changes rooms 3 times and every single one of them was a mess. The toilets don’t flush, we had cockroaches in every one of our rooms in the drawers, under the mattress (literally everywhere) the beds are like sleeping on springs, we got charged for the us of the safe yet did not have a key that worked in 2 of the rooms, the lights didn’t work properly in any of the rooms. It stated we had a phone, we had no phone, they stated we had toiletries, we had no toiletries, we had 1 towel a day between 2 of us despite keep asking for another. They used plastic bottle replacing a bed leg, the whole floor would flood after a show (I slipped twice) and that is just the rooms. The pool is murky, loud club music blasting out all day round the pool, cat poo all over the place. And as for the breakfast, we paid £100 extra for a buffet breakfast (apparently) we got x1 coffee each x1 1 egg omelette each (just egg) and x 2 bits of dry bread with jam and it was the exact same every morning and that was our limit. We wasn’t allowed any more or anything different brought to a table no buffet in sight for £100. We wasn’t expecting much as it was cheap but my goodness this place is an absolute disgrace

Just returned from a week at this great little apartment hotel.Excellent value for money. Good quiet location yet easy walking distance from the superb beach and centre of bars and restaurants and shops.Very clean. Excellent service from all the efficient friendly staff especially Youssef and Abdul.Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and I am very hard to please. The rooms are large and comfortable with facilities to cater for yourself if you wish to.Balconies are large and overlook the swimming pool and ocean. The swimming pool Is excellent and plenty of fresh towels available I hope in the future they will consider having a bar and restaurant for dinner and offer money exchange.Thank you for a very enjoyable week at your hotel in Agadir

We went with love Holidays, who said there was a tv in the lounge downstairs to watch the football, but when We asked the staff they said no, so we had to go to other bars to watch it, no English tv stations in the apartment, inteternet reception not good, room very basic no toaster, as we went self catering, so if you wanted to make egg on toast there's no chance, the freezer compartment door was broken, but the staff are lovely and the girls on reception were helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday, the bed was really comfortable, but some nights, the hotel next door had a disco till early hours, so couldn't get to sleep, the poolside was kept clean a tidy every day by the poolside staff, the toilets by the pool are spotless, tho the first few days the music around the pool was really loud, and you couldn't relax, few older people did complain, it was turned down after a few days, and you kinda got used to it in the end, the hotel is close to the beach, if you want to go to the supermarket make sure you ask the staff to write down, what the supermarket is called for the taxi driver otherwise like us the first day we were taken to the indoor market which smelt, and you couldn't buy everday groceries, the proper one is massive and has a big M its like Asda and a big Mall, so asked the receptionist to write down where to tell the taxi to take you and only use the red taxis they are the cheapest, yas for the hotel its clean, you get what you pay for, not much utensils in the kitchen draw,

Overall not a bad experience but could have had some amendments and would have been better. As advertised on website no cafe to be seen in hotel, not able to purchase drinks by pool so ended up taking from room. There are no hotel toilets that we could find so always going to room and back down to pool if needed bit of a pain. Rooms are OK, cleaning done every day which was nice. Kitchen facilities not bad but could do with a few bits such as a plastic chopping board not wooden and a spatula to flip eggs etc. No English channels but the news this was upsetting mostly felt it catered for french and german people. We were in older part of building and this you could tell as pictures not the same on website. Not enough sun beds for everyone but made do. As there are tennis courts behind please be prepared to hear this until 9pm most nights but interesting to watch from balcony somedays. Staff are friendly and helpful and always greeted us when we saw them. No air conditioning and this was advertised when we booked. Lounges in reception very large and the grounds were beautiful and had some nice water features. Be mindful rooms can be smoked in and found ashtrays in lounge and bedroom, sofas were large but had cigarette burns on covers not nice, but tile work was beautiful. Wifi not great but did the job most nights. For a cheap 2 week holiday not bad as stated you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The quilt inside the room was not covered and there was no towel. It is best to remind in advance before check-in. When we checked in, the hotel could not find the reservation, but they still arranged for us to check in as soon as possible, and then communicated with the platform without delaying the check-in. It is the name of the hotel. The name at the gate is different from the actual hotel name, so it is more difficult to find.
