very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

The reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.

CRITICA CONSTRUTIVA Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h. Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h. Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO. Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

The location was great and apartment was super clean and modern, but we stayed for 6 nights and there was not enough soap for washing the dishes / bags for trash / etc. The support team on whatsapp take a long time to reply and I don’t think it’s even a real person replying, more like automated answers that aren’t always helpful.

I extended my stay multiple times because the standard of living is very high and the price is affordable. This place is wonderful for those who are staying long term in Sao Paulo and are looking for a prime location for food, fun, and entertainment. 5 stars all around! Keep up the great work!

Communication was professional and polite but they were unwillingly to offer a refund or move the dates to a later time as I caught Covid. I get it’s my fault as the cancellation had just past but the slightest flexibility would have been nice and I informed them prior to check in date.

Wonderful stay, rooms are modernized and up to date. Plenty of vibrant, exciting nightlife nearby for those who are into socializing and drinking. Those who like peace and quiet, this is not the location for you-as it is within steps of the party 🎉🎉🎉. Obrigado por todo!

This price is very suitable, there is a swimming pool, the door is face recognition, two doors, very safe. But before you check in, upload photos and passports online, the room is soundproof, closing the window is better than expected, the only bad thing is that there is no breakfast.
