Beautiful hotel suite with two bathrooms which is great for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is a great place to spend time whether you want to ge in the pool or enjoy time in the shade in a comfortable chair. Security staff were also friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice and they have local Mexican wine to drink. We love this hotel!

Finally getting around to writing this review. A few weeks ago I took a Staycation about 11 miles from my house. I was pleasantly surprised at the tranquility and intimacy I felt when I first arrived. PARKING IS FREE. The grounds are well kept, manicured and watered efficiently. Very nice. Almost a Spa Resort-like feel. The Front Desk staff were friendly and informative at check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious, properly furnished and there was a small kitchenette. Which gave me the feel as if I was in a one bedroom suite. I believe I was in the standard room. Which was, as I said, very nice. The only draw back and why they didn’t get the Coveted Good Citizen 5 Star rating was because their restaurant was closed in the evenings due to lack of staffing. But, I went out and going a “very locals”, yet welcoming restaurant only 1/4 mile away. It was really good. But this review is not about that establishment. It’s about the fine, enchanting, get-a-away that is just outside of my town. Yet felt like I was in another state. Nice feeling. The overall experience was amazing. I will be back.

Excelente hotel, estancia muy cómoda, trato familiar, atención de 10, habitaciones amplias, limpias, con muy buen aspecto. Excelente desayuno, buena comida. Estuve una semana. Mejor es imposible. 100% recomendable

The hotel is in a great location, not very far from the center and the area is quiet, the staff always very careful and the cleaning was very good, the only detail is in the bathroom, it reaches to hear noise from other rooms, but remains as a great option in stays in Celaya
