I think the hotel restaurant is good. The reception staff is decent. I would love to stay next time.

We enjoyed alot here. it was a 3 days stay in this hotel. we checked-in late at night and we were attended well. Next day morning breakfast was again a wow. chef himself came and ask about anything special tp be made apart frm the buffet. The staff here is really helpful. The checkout was also very smooth. we will surely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very near to the kalka railway station. Beautiful room very, neat and clean rooms and bathroom. Staff was very polite and sportive.Hotel is about 400 meters from the railway station.In the morning hotel staff arrange a auto rickshaw for my family. I love to stay again highly recommended.

It’s amazing stay. Service and food quality was excellent. We had all three meals there all was fantastic with good taste. In the breakfast and dinner ended with Rajasthani Fock musical bad. There is food ***eger Mr Sartaj, he is very kind and good service provider. Our all stayed in Welcomeharitage Ramgarh was remember able because of Mr Sartaj. Thanks Welcome heritage team.

Location good, room and washroom are considerably spacious. Breakfast was given in room only (on order) and not served buffet. I paid charges for a breakfast buffet (approx inr 800) but was offered in room breakfast. Neat room and bathroom, clean towels. Overall good experience, recommended for business stays.
