Great location right at the base of the mountain, next to the tourist centre. The views from the hotel are great with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy them. The staff were very accomodating. They accept foreigners at this hotel which can't be said for most places in this town.

Convenient location, easy parking, and thoughtful service. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached in a short drive. The house is clean and tidy, and you can have a good rest and recover from the fatigue brought by the journey. Novotel Huashan is the right choice!

Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The room is quite big and clean. Parking is very convenient. There is a large parking lot. It would be even more perfect if there was an underground parking lot. There is a large artificial lake in front of the hotel. The environment is very good. You can see the Huashan Mountain Range from the hotel. It is very close to Huashan. It is very convenient to stay here for self-driving tours. The children like the room here very much.

This hotel is a depressed 7-day trip by car. The hotel's newly renovated hardware facilities are fine. When I left, a Huawei laptop charger fell off. It was a simple matter. Call before leaving to help find it. If you find it, We used to take it, and the feedback said that we called back in 5 minutes. The result was that we didn’t reply for 2 days after we left Huashan. So we called again and said that we replied in 5 minutes. The result was no sound. Originally, a charger did not have much money. Mainly there is no echo at all, it is perfunctory, even if you reply to me that I didn't find it, I won't say anything. And several times said 5 minutes, the result is no reply! Finally, attach a few pictures of Huashan beauty!

The hotel is full of martial arts style design from inside to outside. I like it. I chose to stay here for this reason. The hotel is clean, chivalrous and elegant. The hotel provides free pick-up service, haha. The hotel has a restaurant that can meet three meals a day, as well as a tea room, and a store and supermarket with Huashan themed products and food, which is very convenient.
