Ocean Beach Pleasure Park

Ocean Beach Pleasure Park is a great seaside amusement park. It is very interesting and is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. There is also a Ferris wheel from which you can overlook the distant scenery. Both adults and children have a great time!

Avic Castle, also known as the Philosopher's Stone Castle, is the main filming location for Harry Potter's Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It was originally the castle where the Duke of Northumberland and his family lived. It is also the second largest residential castle in England and is known as the Windsor Castle of the North. Every winter, the owner and his family live in the castle, so it is not open in winter. There is an Avic Garden inside. You need to pay a ticket to enter, which is charged separately from the ticket to the castle. Sometimes you need to queue up to buy tickets, so some people give up visiting the garden. Even if you buy a ticket and go in, you can only visit for one hour. After entering the gate of the castle, you can first see the vast grassland. Many children come here and run and play everywhere and have a lot of fun. The architecture in the castle is very distinctive and classic. On a door, there is a human skeleton with its limbs locked with iron chains and nailed to the door panel. Next to it is an animal head skull, with its eyes wide open and its mouth wide open, revealing long fangs, as if it wants to swallow people. Looking at it, it is also a bit scary. There are performances at regular intervals inside the castle, including Harry Potter performances and band performances. After entering the gate, there is a notice board on the left hand side with the performance schedule. It is best to check it after entering the gate so that you have an idea in your mind, and then rush to the performance venue according to the time. We missed the wonderful performance because we did not check the schedule. The band played on the grass, with light English music and all the performers wearing traditional English dresses. The scene is worth seeing.

Newcastle Castle

From Durham by car north, to Newcastle, compared to Durham Village, Newcastle is a big city, at Durham Railway Station, I also saw several students who went to Newcastle to eat, the train arrived in about ten minutes. Here I actually saw the wall, the Great Wall of Hadrian, in fact, this is the northernmost border of the Roman Empire's British province, and there is a similar work with China's wall, which is to defend against the northern invasion. Along the Tyne River from west to east is the entrance to the sea. The King of England built castles, made of wooden spires and earthen exterior walls. The new castle is the source of Newcastle's name.

Arbeia, South Shields Roman Fort

Free museum. This is the easternmost fortress site of Hadrian's Wall, which was built by the Roman Empire to resist Scotland after conquering England. It was once lost, but was discovered again in the 19th century, and then lost again. Schools, farmland, etc. were built on it. It can be said that its discovery and protection are also very tortuous. The west gate and a barracks are restored here, and the rest are still the way they were when the ruins were discovered. The two small houses at the entrance simply introduce the ruins in the form of display boards and story recordings, and there is also a building block that children can design and build the appearance of this ancient Roman fortress by themselves. Very good!

Overall, there is a large green space, nothing. He is adjacent to south marine park, sandhaven beach, even if he doesn't see much, he is very interesting next to him.
