The Cathedral Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is a stunning example of Gothic architecture and a highlight of any visit to Alsace. Its towering, ornate facade, crafted from pink sandstone, changes color with the light throughout the day, creating a mesmerizing sight. Inside, the cathedral is filled with intricate stained-glass windows and a soaring nave that conveys a profound sense of awe. A unique feature is the astronomical clock, which draws crowds daily for its intricate display at noon. Visitors

I've just had a wonderful word. The first floor was a worship place for the common people, which was also a quaint and solemn atmosphere, but when you go up the narrow stairs in the corner to the second floor, you will find aristocratic worship place with a masterpiece of stained glass spreading 360 degrees. I cried just by standing. When I took a picture from the balcony side, the contrast between the seemingly sober Gothic church and the beautiful stained glass.


