There were only four of us... the driver, our companion Helda, my wife and me. We had an off-road vehicle so everything was easy. Helda told us a lot about the country and its people in German. If we return to Madagascar, I would book again with Juluot, who also offer excursions to Nosy Be at unbeatable prices.

When you come to Madagascar, you must come to watch dolphins and whales, because the waters near here are often visited by killer whales. When you go out to sea by boat, you will see groups of killer whales. When their black and white bodies jump out of the water, it is really exciting and you will never forget this magical moment.



Despite the 17km walk on a bad beach, it is totally worth it to get there. Tsingy rouge. Absolutely amazing. I recommend going after 3pm to make sure you can see them in the best light. Don't rush, maybe bring some cold drinks to sit and enjoy the view. It took us 11 hours to drive from Morondava to Bemaraha Stone Forest, which is 200km away. Because the jungle wilderness road is small and bumpy, plus crossing the river twice, it is very time-consuming and mentally exhausting. This section of the road is closed during the rainy season, and there is no flight to replace it. Bemaraha, a mountain of stone forests or stone swords. It is worth mentioning that there is an endless jungle of wild jujubes around. Each of us wore a safety rope and must be fastened when walking on the cliff. We used our hands and feet to help each other push or pull our buttocks. The whole journey was about 4 kilometers under the scorching sun and took 5 hours. We have potential.


