Central Red Army Long March Starting Place Memorial Park

The former site of the Long March of the Central Red Army is located in Yudu County, Jiangxi Province. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, it was an important part of the Central Revolutionary Base and the whole red county on the eve of the Long March. It is the world-famous rallying place of the 25,000-mile Long March of the Central Red Army. From October 8 to 19, 1934, the organs directly under the Central Government, the Red Army headquarters, and the 1, 3, 5, 8 and 9th legions of the Central Red Army gathered in the capital area, and from October 17 to 20, crossed the Du River and began the 25,000-mile Long March.

The memorial garden of the departure place of the Central Red Army Long March is on the Du River, and the Red Army Long March is on the Du River. There are plastic sculptures of the Long March departure, the monument of the Long March departure, the stone monument of the Long March departure, the memorial tree of the Long March departure, and the memorial hall of the Long March departure. When the Red Army Long March began, more than 5,000 young people participated in the Red Army, and the people of Yudu donated their own grain for a year to the Red Army. The Red Army Long March Memorial Park is located at the east gate of Yudu County, Handan City, Jiangxi Province.
