[Sidu Chishui Memorial Hall] is located in the ancient town of Tucheng, Guizhou Province, in order to commemorate the "Sidu Chishui Battle" carried out by breaking through the enemy's siege and interdiction on the way to the Long March of the Central Red Army. Through a large number of pictures, text and objects, the memorial hall vividly shows the thrilling battle scene and unforgettable years!
The Sidu Chishui Memorial Hall was named by Zhang Zhen, former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, and was displayed in the former site of the Red Army Third Army Command. The former site is a two-story Chinese and Western combined building. The exhibition hall is divided into two parts: war history display and auxiliary display.
The Red Army Sidu Chishui Memorial Tower is located in Maotai Town, 13 kilometers away from Renhuai City, built on the top of the Zhusha Castle at Maotai Ferry, the Red Army Sandu Chishui River. In March 1935, the main force of the Central Red Army entered from Zunyi West through Renhuai, and turned to fight, and returned to control the enemy. He crossed the Chishui River four times. With flexible and mobile strategic tactics, he broke the Kuomintang's plan to surround the Red Army's border in Sichuan, Shanghai and Shanghai, and turned from passive to active. It laid the foundation for the victory of the Long March.
