    Big statue

    Original Text

10 I found it when I went to Toyama in the month. It is a large bronze statue in the square in front of Toyama Station. This statue commemorates the anniversary of the Toyama City System 60 in 1949. It is said that the one installed as a concrete statue was weathered and damaged over the years, and it was reproduced as a bronze statue in 1990 in commemoration of the anniversary of the city system 100. It's near the station, so if you're interested, why don't you visit it?

Monument in front of Toyama station

    Original Text

A monument beyond the rotary in front of Toyama station. There is also a fountain around it, making it like a place of relaxation. There are bronze sculptures on all sides, named Peace Group.

Monument in front of Toyama station

    Original Text

It is a monument standing in front of Toyama station. I didn't know what the statue was until I approached, but I found the title by looking at the panel at my feet. An explanation board is attached to the back side, and it is said that the concrete erected in 1945 was reproduced as bronze in 1990.
