It was a difficult place to go. I couldn't reach it without a winding narrow road and a navigation system. There was Shirasui Falls and Shirasui Dam, and there was a happening that I was going to go to the dam, but I went to the waterfall. I went there because it was introduced as a superb view in the guidebook. It's a beautiful place, but it was a smaller dam than I expected. It's good to go if you have time, but I honestly felt that I didn't have to go specially when I thought about the difficulty of going.

流れる水のカーテンがとても美しい！

以前から訪れたかった白水ダム。実際に行ってみるとその美しさが日本一と呼ばれる理由に納得。飽きずに優美な水の流れを眺めていられます。今度は、現在工事の為通行止めになっている左岸ルートからも眺めてみたいです。

ということを後々知りましたが、とても静かな場所にあり美しい形の流水は時間を忘れ眺めてしまいます。 左右に違う流路がある珍しい形のダムでした。といっても正式には溜池だそうですが。 小鳥のさえずりを聴きながらの眺めも気持ちよかったです！
