Enter Saihan Tara Scenic Area, which is a settlement of Yugu people. The Yugu people envelope Tibetan Buddhism, and the locals mainly focus on animal husbandry. This is planned by the local government as a no-grass area for returning farmland to grass. Locals say that after several years of no-grazing local ecology has been restored, the grass is very lush, and the drought is infested. Unfortunately, we did not photograph the drought, but we photographed the low-flying grass crow. Blue sky, white clouds, grass, snow-capped mountains constitute a beautiful picture.
