360-degree angle view of Seoul city. there is a cable car ride to go up there, but I personally recommend hiking up there. it takes only 20mins (max 30mins) and have a cable car ride back down. think everyone knows it's a must go spot in seoul.
I was able to take a leisurely walk while the wind was blowing occasionally under the cherry blossoms in full bloom and the petals were fluttering.
