Texas State Park
Ordered lunch at local BBQ place and ate inside this park. There were a lot of picnic areas. Some with playgrounds and others secluded. It was very quiet & peaceful
Nice weekend on campgrounds
The staff and park folks were very helpful and informative. I would also say the park has very clean restrooms and camp grounds. It is only about an hour from Houston but it’s something worth visiting...
