National Geographic didn't lie to me! The end of the land is too shocking!
It's the ceiling of British landscapes in my mind. Here are some travel tips for the White Cliffs.
🌊 Itinerary:
◾️D1: London-Eastbourne-White Cliffs
👉🏻 Take a bus from Eastbourne to Beachy Head to start hiking, walk up 100 meters from Belle Tout and then look back, this is the best photo spot! If you're not very fit, you can take a bus from here to the next stop.
👉🏻 From Birling Gap station, walk up through the parking lot to reach the best spot to view the Seven Sisters, and take the bus back from here as well.
◾️D2: Eastbourne- Cuckmere Haven- Lewes-Brighton
👉🏻 Take a taxi in the morning to Cuckmere Haven, walk down from the parking lot to see the seaside house from 'Atonement' where the protagonists dreamed of living. To the left of the house, you can reach the beach used in the movie.
👉🏻 Arrive in Lewes at noon, a treasure town I really like! The town has a unique feel with its hillside construction, and walking up the road leads to an ancient castle. There are many antique shops in town where you can find nice second-hand items.
👉🏻 Arrive in Brighton before sunset, you definitely can't miss the seaside sunset here.
◾️D3: Brighton-London
👉🏻 Go for a Citywalk in Brighton: The Lane→Kensinton Gardens→Queens Rd→West St
👉🏻 Take the train back to London in the afternoon.

🌊 Photography tips:
❶ Beachy Head
The highest point of the White Cliffs and the highest coastal cliff in the UK, where you can overlook the red and white lighthouse, the light is best in the evening.
❷ Belle Tout
The section from Beachy Head to Belle Tout has larger undulations, where you can capture the staggered White Cliffs, winding lawns, and lighthouse. This is my favorite part of the White Cliffs scenery. Walk about 100 meters towards Belle Tout lighthouse, and looking back, you can take a cover photo!
❸ Seven Sisters White Cliffs
There are 7 consecutive white cliffs here, which is the location for Jay Chou's music video and also a great spot to watch the sunset.
❹ Cuckmere Haven
The cliffside by the sea where the protagonists of the movie 'Atonement' walked and the little house they dreamed of living in is here, a must-visit for movie fans!
Dover white cliffs( The seaside is windy, you can also bring some hot water food, don't litter) Dover White Cliffs is a famous attraction in Britain. There are two white cliffs in the UK, one in Dover and the other in Brighton. I only go to Dover, because I am more biased towards Dover White Cliffs when I choose. We drove up the hill from the castle to the car park at Dover White Cliffs, which seemed to cost five pounds. Then we started hiking like the East Yan coastline, and ended with a lighthouse. There is a small restaurant in the parking lot, and there is a hiking introduction to the entire coast at the door. It is recommended to read the route first and know where the landmark is. We don't know that we can go under the cliff because we didn't see it, but it's okay. I think it's very good to walk on it. Below to enjoy the photo, the last white tower is the lighthouse can walk past there is food.

The white cliffs of Dover are now considered to be the symbol of England, and the most conspicuous of all is this beautiful white cliff from the European continent.

great walk with amazing views. A very nice, scenic walk. Amazing view over the cliffs and also over the port.
Very strange geological shape, facing the cliff, looking at the sea, the end of the sky
