    nice walk to beach

    You can access Papatowai beach via the small 15 minute Picnic Point walk from the end of Cross St, (parking available). The big sweeping sandy beach from Florence Hill lookout is Tautuku Bay.

    Great beach.

    We visited Papatowai Beach on a rugged afternoon but that didn't takeaway from this fantastic place. Wild, rugged and a great place to visit.
