Skyward Asahi in Shiroyama Park. A facility opened in １９９２ in commemoration of the anniversary of Owari Asahi City and the enforcement of the municipal system ２０. The observation room on the top floor is ５５ meters above ground and １３０ meters above sea level. Admission is free and anyone can easily climb. I've been interested in it for a long time, so I took the plunge. I was able to stop at the parking lot just below the tower at the right time. The parking lot was full despite the lack of users on the observatory floor. It seems that there is a conference room, a folk museum, and a restaurant in the tower. Take the elevator to the observatory. It was free despite the outstanding 360-degree view overlooking the Noo Plain.

城山公園内

春、夏、秋、のお祭りの際は車の乗り入れが出来ませんが、お祭り以外でしたら大抵建物北の駐車場まで乗り入れ出来ます。 満車の場合は手前の公園隣り、野球場北に停めてもOK。 眺望も良いですが、歴史資料もあるので子どもの夏休み宿題にもオススメスポットです。

最上階の展望

最上階からは、360度のパノラマが無料で堪能できます。名鉄瀬戸線も見渡せるためか鉄ちゃんもいました。時刻表とにらめっこして電車を眺めていました。
