Oku no Hosumichi.
" Oku no Hosumichi" was the title of the five month literary journey of the great haiku poet Basho. This journey ended in Ogaki in the autumn of 1689. Though documents and haiku in the Matsuo Basho ...
It is a facility that serves as a base for sightseeing in Ogaki, with tourist information centers, souvenir shops, and cafes where you can enjoy Ogaki famous confectionery water buns. Ogaki is said to be the end of the journey on the back of Basho Matsuo's Hosodo, and there is also a museum called Bashokan and a museum about the historical great man of Ogaki. I looked at the museum a little, but it is a very hard museum where detailed explanations of the back alley are exhibited for each area visited by Basho. However, it is too detailed to read all the explanations. 々 Maybe you need patience. ...
It is located on the walk along the Mizumon River from Okagaki Station. It was the final point of the back alley, and it was good that there was an explanation separated from each place of the back alley in the building ◯
It is a city that produced botanists, like Maddodimon, Iinuma, who were seen at Oh My God Together, Oceans 111. Until this weekend, you can enter it for free during the Education Week. ^_^
There are commentary exhibitions in various places visited by Basho in the hall, but it is recommended to see the 3D theater. I saw three of the five due to time constraints, but you can experience traveling with Basho. The admission fee of 300 yen is also reasonable.
