Very nice HUGE statue

HUGE statue across from Hospital. Never nice photo op, just be careful navigating the stone steps up/down hill. Definitely worth a quick look

Good Sculpture

You need to see this before the thieves and vandals destroy it completely. Great bit of art work but many bits are missing now. There is a guard but not sure how effective he is.

An interesting statement

This full size bronze is a protest and a statement about the poor roads in Montevideo at the time that is why I included the shot of the wheel leaving the road

Must See Photo Stop

This is a beautiful sculpture in a very nice park. We stopped here on our bus tour of the city. There was also a nice selection of vendors selling "tourist" goods. Nice photo stop.
