Unfortunately we were in Melbourne when we were due to renovate and close. But someone sent a flyer here to point us to a temporary visitor center. As always, I did a lot of homework before I set off for Melbourne, but I was glad we came to this visitor center first. The staff were very helpful and we left the visitor center with an information manual about several streets in the city center. We followed the information in the manual and walked the graffiti alley, very much like it.

This visitor center is right next to the train station, diagonally opposite St Paul's Cathedral, and the attractions are relatively concentrated, so this day can be measured in footsteps in Melbourne. There is also a carriage tour route on the street, very happy
Located in Federation Square, it is very conspicuous and can be seen as long as you go to the square. The ground floor, the basement floor, the main function is on the basement floor. The area is quite large, the middle is the consultation desk, there are about 4, 5 staff responsible for travel reservations, car reservations, directions and sales of Myki cards. People waiting for consultation need to queue up to call, just like domestic banks, there is no special Chinese service. The visitor center provides a lot of free promotional materials introducing Melbourne and Victorian tourist routes, and there are also many souvenirs for sale. The price is more expensive and the things are average. You can buy them here if you really need them. After all, the variety is quite rich. There are cups, commemorative medals, postcards, glasses, puzzles, cultural shirts, koalas, kangaroo plush toys, key chains, flying back, etc. The cheapest cup pads are about $2. Just take a look when visiting Federation Square.
Great service, great value for money place.
If you don't have a tour guide, you are advised to visit Melbourne first. There are many routes to travel in Melbourne. As a poor traveler, there are many free options for you to hike through Melbourne's history and scenery. There are also many local souvenirs to buy.
Very convenient and useful, I took some brochures, the introduction is very detailed, the staff is also very enthusiastic to answer our questions; there are also souvenirs that can be bought back to the family
