An incredible experience
Hard to put into words how moving it was to meet the "God of Sake" and see the production and taste the sake at various temperatures to see how it changes. The aesthetics were incredible.
I applied for a tasting that can only be booked online. Only 12 people can participate at a time. It was a 90-minute sake event. The fee is 5400 yen. Delicious sake and knobs, carefully selected sake cups, temperature control. I was able to enjoy it.
The famous Mr. Mori, who is said to be Mr. Naohiko Noguchi, is a sake brewery made after he retired once. There was sake served at SHOKUDO Yarn the day before. There seems to be a tasting space, and I would like to visit by public transportation this time.
It was my first time. I was able to compare and drink with the difference in the type of sake, the temperature, and the shape of the sake cup. The knobs were delicious and went well with sake.

It was a very good facility. The response with the tasting rules is great!
Please visit and see the pictures once, and you will surely have a wonderful impression and surprise. The sake brewery is also clean and well managed.
The winery of modern times.
