The number of readers voted before the war is the origin of the name

    Original Text

It is located in the middle of the promenade route of the Kikuchi Valley. According to the explanation signboard on the site, the name comes from the reader vote of the prewar Kyushu Nihon Shimbun, and it collected 43 10,000 votes as a wonderful landscape.

100 waterfalls representing Kikuchi Valley and 100 waterfalls in Japan

    Original Text

Kikuchi Valley is a natural forest centered, forest valley beauty and river play, forest bathing, spring, summer and excellent. (Autumn leaves, winter freezing) You can go around many waterfalls on the sightseeing round course, but this 430,000 waterfall is at the top of the 30-minute course, and the road is a narrow and gradually mountain road. People who are difficult to walk, I think it's difficult to go in a wheelchair. Personally, I don't know the evaluation of this waterfall alone.

It's cool and comfortable in summer.

A waterfall in the Kikuchi Valley. It's quite a mountain, so it's hard to visit. But when you actually go and look at the waterfall, you will be healed. It was just a hot day, so it was cool and comfortable.

Healed by the sound of water and negative ions.

    Original Text

I went there during the autumn leaves season, and I was healed by the sound of water, negative ions, and autumn leaves. There are various waterfalls in the Kikuchi Valley when you walk back, but this waterfall was also amazing. I've heard that the abundant amount of water is the water stored in Aso, but it was a spot where you can feel that Kumamoto Prefecture is rich in water resources. It is quite far from the parking lot. Shoes that are easy to walk, such as sneakers, are recommended.

Please be careful, your feet are not paved.

    Original Text

It is a waterfall in the Kikuchi Valley, and it is farther than I expected. It was raining the day before, so my feet were a little muddy. There are such cases, so I think it's better to go at your own feet.
