    Closed to visitors

    Unfortunately the authorities have closed the port to casual visitors including tourists. Some lads stole a boat and were caught by the Moroccan navy trying to sail it to Portugal. Therefore no one is...

    Nasty and dirty.

    This place could be lovely, however all of the trash that is thrown into the water and just floating makes it horrible. This is the dirtiest port I have ever seen.

    Pleasant but unexceptional

    Compared to more active fishing ports, El Jadida is not as colourful or interesting. It is attractive and pleasant to walk around but little else.

    We loved the bustling port!
