Alserkal Cultural Foundation

The central bazaar is the largest market in sharjah, also known locally as gold souq, but to distinguish another gold market, according to its exterior Persian blue mosaic decoration style, it has always been called blue souq. Because it looks like a train, the local Chinese call it the "locomotive market", an old school built in 1935.

I attended this amazing party and visited the Argentine dance team Che Malambo. The performance was spectacular and the amphitheatre was impressive. After the exhibition, I toured the gallery with fascinating paintings, in awe of the beautiful Arabic art that could stay all night. Then I decided to eat something in the cafe called Wild and Moon, unfortunately they no longer offer hot drinks and hot food, I just had salads and still delicious organic juices. Such a good place and well worth a visit.

The Al Serkal Cultural Centre has a maze gallery, which showcases traditional and modern cutting-edge works of art by local and international artists. There is also an impressive portrait of Sheikh Zayed in the courtyard.
