    Easy Hike Great Scenery

    This is a hidden gem in the Tahoe area. Easy hike around lake lined with pines and aspens. Great fall colors.

    We paid $15 to park and it is basically a walk in the woods around the lake. It is a nice hike but I preferred Van Sickle Bi-State Park. The Van Sickle hike is in the woods but an overall better hik...

    Serene Walk in Nature

    Lake trail is level and about 2 miles long. We went last fall and again this spring. Fall colors were beautiful and not many people were there. Good place to commune with nature. Parking costs $10.

    Nice rolling hike around the lake

    We decided to do the lake loop, 2.1 miles. A rolling hike that has great views all along the trail. Neat trees, plants, signs of life. Neatest thing was this ant hill. Almost 3 feet high
