Terrible place to get any kind of service. I wanted to order a pretzel and a water. I stood there for a good ten minutes while three staff members stood there and chatted. They didn't even look at me....

They do not accept gift cards for memberships, they started my membership up without my permission and when I called I was told I had to go on their website to deal with it. I asked to talk to someone...
