Desolate Nature
Beautiful, remote, tranquil, lots of wild animals (foxes, birds, deer) provides a nice 30 min walk to see it- although you can't approach all of it. Don't expect to see much, just take in the area and...
It was included in a group tour and I had lunch at the Nature Center dining room at the last point where I could drive. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Todowara from here. If there was a flight, there was also a tractor bus for 500 yen one way. It was a terrible heat, so I gave up walking around Todowara. Todowara is the trace of a dead todo pine forest. I wrote it as a forest, but when I visited, there were really only a few trees and I could hardly see them. If a big typhoon comes 1, it is likely that it will disappear.
I visited for the first time in about 30 years, but it was a different landscape from the world of memory. The passage was maintained, but there seemed to be no 10 trees left. In the near future, I have to say that it is former Todowara. If you want to see it with this eye, you should visit as soon as possible.
