If you’re a Plantita at heart, I can definitely recommend you to visit Baguio Botanical Garden! You will enjoy the ambiance, fragrant smell of flowers. For your activities inside, you can take photos, dine-in, have a picnic mat ready, try entering the cave inside, or just chill out and just enjoy the view inside.
Lagaw ‘ta sa Northern Blossoms sa Atok Benguet.It was such a magical experience traveling further up north during our Baguio-Sagada trip . Atok, a town in Benguet is about two hours of travel from Baguio City. We took a van going to the famous Northern Blossom Flower Garden. Other options to commute up there are via Jeepney or bus. If you have extra budget, you can hire a taxi from Baguio City. Just be reminded to plan ahead and alot extra time for travel to avoid delays on your itinerary.Expect a bumpy and zig-zaggy road trip before reaching your beautiful destination but mind you, the scenery along the way is breathtaking so it’s all worth it.The flower farm is situated on a cliff with layers of terraces showcasing a variety of colorful flowers and plants. They have hydrangeas in different colors, snapdragons, sunflowers, calla lilies, rose cabbages, succulents and many more.It was drizzling and fogging heavily during our visit so the garden was muddy. Be ready to get dirty. 🙂 Visitors are assigned a tour guide who will provide assistance and a little education about the garden and the flowers. At the end of the tour, coffee and bread will be served at a cafeteria that looks like a nursery of cacti and succulents of different varieties. It was just beautiful.
