Small zoo - great for small children
This small zoo is a surprise in Aurora, dating back over 100 years It only takes about 30 minutes to see everything if you're on your own, probably an hour with small children. Easy for small childr...
My daughter and I would go at least once a month because it is a small quaint Zoo. It is a fun visit, and they have rescued animals, so I could appreciate it a little more.
Growing up in Aurora we often went to the park for picnics in the summer & ice-skating in the winter. The zoo has been upgraded from what it was years ago. You & your children can see goats, chicken...
Just beautiful to enjoy with family. The grounds were very well kept. Theres a section for the kids to get wet on hot days and the zoo was interesting to go thru...such a family oriented environment...
