Big Pit National Coal Museum

I could not recommend this place highly enough! All the staff are exceptional, funny, helpful and knowledgable! Also, a visit to the cafe is a must......absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for a lovely day!

Big Pit: National Coal Museum is an experience museum, there are many miners' iron ore knowledge, you need to change work clothes, bring a helmet and flashlight to enter, the light is not good, there are not many photos, you need to follow the staff carefully listen to ～

Staff spoke the history of the mine and the people who worked there, explaining how the mine worked in its heyday. Former miner Rob was an excellent guide and then had lunch in the miner's canteen. The tunnel floor was uneven and sometimes slippery.
